B Chords

Here are some key of B chords. Remember that the B Major scale has five sharps: C#, D#, F#, G#, A#. To play the B Major scale, just refer to the scale pattern for C Major, and move it down one fret, starting on the root note B instead of the root note C.

Don't forget that you can make chords of one particular key into chords of other keys by just moving the chords up and down the fingerboard. Locate the root note, and then play the chord formation on another root note like C. Move the chords up one fret, and there you have chords in the key of C. Chord patterns are moveable, just like the moveable scales.
